Hello everyone out there!
I'm beginning my 92 days juice feast tomorrow, 21th November 2008. I wanted to start today, however, I was so totally frustrated that my green savory juice tasted so bad that I made a salad and binged on dried fruits and nuts (which did NOT satisfy me either by the way - I am still a binge eater and I'm not proud of it). I know, I know... does not sound like a heroine's life yet. So that's what I wanna change :) I want to be the heroine in my life - still human of course (and "errare humanum est" as the Romans used to say and I still say ^^) however I try to live more - you know - conscious and more confient. Of myself, of my body's and my personal needs. Well, you have to love yourself first - before you can love other people, I guess. ,)
I'm quite excited, for I really wanna do it this time. I'm ready for the change. It feels right. It's the thing I need at the moment. I'm searching for others who are feasting at the time, for I would be definitely thankful for some support. :)
I'm in love with my life - and sometimes I seem to forget how grateful I can be actually. However, I have to say that's not THAT easy to live the life you want to in such a world. I live in Vienna, Austria, and yes, I really like the country for the beautiful landscape and the people here - but I live in the largest city of Austria right now, so... you may see the problem here ^^ but I make the best out of it. At least I try to. :)
I'll better learn about plants now, for the exam is in about 10 days and I have no idea about photosyntheses yet - I study biology at university, you see. *lol*
