Hello again,
had some emotions coming up today. I'm thinking about my relationship to my (ex-)boyfriend a lot which ended in September and it made me feel sad and a little alone (the first time since we broke up, actually... Thought I was totally over it.) So I spent some time online to search some kind of comunity to join. I really want to connect with people who are on a similar path as I am right now.

What I had today:
0,5 litre MSM-lemon-drink with camu camu & enzymes
0,5 litre GVJ (celery, Chinese cabbage, apple, parsley) - wasn't really good :(
1 litre Fruit Juices (grapefruit, mango, raspberries)
1 litre Veggie-Frut (carrots, Chinese cabbage, apple, pear, ginger, cinnamon)
2-3 litres tea (oO)
1 litre extra water
Total Juice Intake: 2,5 litres (2-3 quarts)
Should really drink more juice, especially greens. The thing is, frirstly I don't feel hungry and secondly 2 of my juices didn't taste as good as they could today. So, when I use greens and celery, I'll add citrus juice to it. And for the greens I'll use lettuce and spinach. I'll also replace the celery with knob celery (tastes better to me). I plan to go to the nearby park this week to pick some wild greens. :)
I'll have to buy produce again tomorrow!
