Snow outside, Juice inside
The picture above shows one of the best things that have ever passed my mouth. It's Grapefruite/Orange/Raspberries - and I LOVE it. I really enjoyed that one... after making and drinking a not very palatable mixture: savoy cabbage/apple/parsley/zucchini/a little bit of lemon/sprouts. I added a little bit of orange juice which was OK then. Won't do that one again. I think I don't like the taste of juiced cabbage... I'll try it with lettuce then. (The problem is that lettuce is rather toxic then healthy when purchased non-organic and the organic ones are very expensive!)
By the way: have I mentioned that I don't like kale juice? *lol* Well, I've never had kale before, so maybe my taste buds have to adjust... just as they will learn to fall in love with celery because they obviously haven't yet. Cannot get much of celery juice down. Ah, it will get better ^^ I also noticed that I like the knob celery much more - and it also contains high amounts of organic sodium, so I'll buy that one for the next GVJs).
So, that was my 2nd day. I feel good. A little empty and I had a headache in the morning when I woke up, but then I took some deep breaths at the open window and drank my MSM-lemon-water, went to the bathroom AND did an enema. I also brushed my skin (felt great ^^) and took a good warm shower - that made me feel quite amazing. :)
So, there was no trouble with diarrhea or whatsoever. I also did manage to really start my learning programme for Botany - eventually. ;) Tomorrow will be a learning day as well. But I plan to take a walk in the park and breathe fresh air among the trees... ,) And maybe I'll jump onto my rebounder ^^
What I enjoyed today:
0,5 litre water + lemon juice + MSM
0,5 litre Green Juice (celery, parsley, Chinese cabbage, lemon, apple)
0,5 litre orange juice
0,75 litre Vegetable Fruit Juice (carrots, apple, pear) - was really good ^^
0,5 litre Green Juice (savoy cabbage/apple/parsley/zucchini/a little bit of lemon/sprouts) - OK, didn't enjoy that one... but:
0,5 litre "Pink Dream" - the picture above ^^ (grapefruit, orange, raspberries) - GREAT
2-2,5 litre tea (pepermint, rooibos, cinnamon) & extra water
Total Juice Intake: 2,75 litre (about 3 quarts)
Try to drink more juice tomorrow.
Although...
I really enjoy drinking tea when it's snowing outside. :)
Supplements:
MSM, Spirulina, Oxygen (for the bowel), enzymes, camu camu

You might be surprised to discover what your taste buds will come to love. Before my juice feast I didn't like celery, for example, and now I put it in almost every green juice or smoothie I make.
So don't give up your hopes about disliking kale...you might just end up loving it after a while. :)
