***Proud and satisfied***
Yes! I did it. Well, at least I managed the first day - and besides some little (newbie trouble) things it really (!) was a good day 1 for me. I’m proud of myself - and I just LoVe the “Green Sweetie” I’m just sipping - aahhh - what a great green feeling - the greens kinda calm my stressed out soul. I really should start learning for my exam in Botany… Actually, I love Botany. I’m in love with the earth’s plants and their lives. I wanna know how they function and I wanna “take a look inside” their physiology. It’s so fascinating how they produce oxygen - and how they use chlorophyll and other pigments to harvest LiGhT in order to turn the bright sun light into sugar. Wow. Love Plants.
Especially TrEeS, I adore them. I love watching them or wandering through the woods… I’m looking forward to visiting my parents and grandparents soon. They live on the open countryside. Woods and all kind of greens EVERYWHERE - and the air is so amazing there (compared to the city). However, there are many parks in Vienna. And I take a walk through one of those ideally every day. And then I take a deep refreshing BrEaTh and I’m full of gratefulness to be here on this planet. Thank you. :)
Back to the feasting: I’m visiting the bathroom QUITE frequently *lol* - but it definitely feels good to release the old stuff. Why should I hold it back? :) I also have gas, but my belly does not hurt. I had a little headache in the middle of the day, after drinking some tea and a fruit juice with some spices I felt better. I know that I need more greens. I’ll mix them with fruit and rise the amount of the greens continually - I suppose that’ll work out quite well. ,)

0,5 litre Green Juice (celery, kale, parsley, lemon, ginger, apple)
0,5 litre “Dancing Diva” (apples, lemon, ginger)
0,5 litre “Green Spice” (savoy cabbage, apple, ginger, lemon)
0,5 litre “Jelly Juice” (oranges, carrot, soaked gojis) with some spices and pure orange juice
0,5 litre “Green Sweetie” (Chinese cabbage, pear, apple, zucchini)
0,5 litre Green Juice (celery, Chinese cabbage, zucchini, apple, sprouts)
0,5 litre fennel-anise-caraway-tea
0,5-1 litre extra water
Total Juice Intake: 3 litre (about 3 quarts or a little more, I guess)
Supplements: MSM, Spirulina, Oxygen (for the bowel), enzymes, camu camu
